I came into Blown Away with a really bad coloring job from another local salon. Maura was kind enough to chat with me about how I'd like it fixed and quoted me a reasonable price. She texted Melissa, my appointed hairdresser, pics of my hair ahead of time. Melissa even texted me before the appointment as a semi-consulation, asking for inspo pics so she could be prepared. Today when I went in, Melissa and I reaffirmed what she was going to do. She was very thoughtful and made sure the job was done right before I stepped out the door. I really like this hair salon. Stephanie was previously my hair stylist, but she moved out of town. After a year of searching I had Amya do my hair. I’m completely satisfied with her service. We did a consultation. She did a balayage and trim. My hair turned out 10/10. She’s personable, listens, and delivers.
I did some research as I moved back to Key West and was looking for an awesome stylist and found her! Melissa is so nice and consulted with me about a very short cut, which she assured me would be great and it certainly is! She is pleasant, super efficient and knows her business having been a stylist for 33 years. I will be a loyal customer. Thank you so much Melissa. Plus they are dog friendly and my little Toy Poodle sat on my lap the entire time. The owner, Lori is very pleasant as is the rest of the staff! Great job team!!!
