My AC stopped working on a Sunday night so I called to make an appointment. I planned to just leave a message but as surprised when they answered the call. The owner said he could come out the same day to get it working but I said the next day would be fine, he set an appointment for the next morning.

Hard to find good quality work in the keys. 5 star is the exception. They were prompt, professional and fixed my leak issue! Will absolutely be using them going forward for all my mini split needs.

Wow! I had an a/c issue today and of course it was miserable in this heat. 5 Star was contacted late in the afternoon and Nick showed up late in the day not long after the call. He was experienced and professional. He checked and cleaned all of the filters, checked the temperature and unit in the ceiling. He found that the drain line was plugged and cleaned it out plus positioned it a bit higher so it could drain more effectively. He worked outside a good portion of the call and it was HOT. No complaints but great service. Thanks Nick!!
