Found Joe via Google (is there any other way to find a service these days?), arrived at his salon and, given the eclectic decor, thought my conservative style might not jive with his. Boy was I wrong. Joe is a master of the art regardless of the client's style. He's a seasoned pro with an impressive background and an amazingly professional, highly-skilled manner.
