Richard (Andy the Roofer) repaired and resealed a flat roof for me last year and all was good. Past few months I noticed a concerning water spot and called Richard. He had no issues showing up and promptly came to check his work. It was found out to be a "goose neck" vent penetration further up on the sloped roof that caused the minor leak. He, without hesitation, offered to seal around the goose neck even though he did not touch that area. This was done today without additional charge. I had requested quotes last year and Richard was the only person that delivered. One company showed up and I never heard back from them. He Did a fantastic job on my flat deck roof. He applied silicone on the flat deck. Look very shiny and I no more leaks. He did it on the first try. we had multiple people come and put other coating on and it did not work. I highly recommend.
