Wash to care

There was no one on-site so I scheduled my appt online and paid $38 for wash outside and vacuum. When I arrive the person washing said I needed to pay an extra $10 because my car was a van. I said but why it wasn't on the web site? He said it is what it is. I told him maybe make it clear if you drive a van it's $48 not $38 Anyway just to let you know
