Everything ( service, food, cabana, rooms, amenities) was awesome!!! Will definitely come back. The only knock I would give is that the lap pool was heated and was too warm while swimming.

Stayed at the Penthouse. Absolutely beautiful views from the top. Large comfy king bed on the second floor. Very spacious living area and a small kitchen area. Water pressure in the showers could be better. The room could do with some touch-ups from maintenance regarding paint work on the banisters and trim. I have stayed at many top luxury hotels, and my experience here was good overall but expected more from the Ritz. Check-in and out were fast. Staff are very polite and courteous. The family pool area can be a little cramped with loungers placed directly next to each other closely. They should really be separated by a table to put your pool essentials on and drinks....read full review

The service at this spa was awesome, 5 stars absolutely to the woman who performed my treatments, she was awesome and I'd go to her again in a heartbeat. Compared to other spas I have been to though the facility itself was pretty outdated and could definitely use a facelift. A lot of the shared spaces looked pretty worn out but the treatment rooms themselves were nice and clean. You also do not get full amenities if you are just there for the spa which I thought was a little odd as other hotel spas I've been too in my own city and others usually let you use the pool and restaurants if you purchase a spa package.
