We were referred to Island Plumbing by both our general contractor and a high-end Realtor friend- and were blown away by the service we received. Communication with the office ahead of our appointment was smooth and easy. Plumbing technician Raul showed up right on time for our 10am appointment and couldn't have been more kind. He calmly and clearly explained the issues he had found and what needed to be done. Raul quickly made the repairs, took the time to demonstrate that everything was working- and was able to process my credit card payment onsite. We were very pleased with the entire experience with Island Plumbing- and highly recommend them.
I called with an emergency, Maria calked me back almost immediately, she sent an outstanding plumber , Gustavo, in less than an hour. He was amazingly professional, efficient, clean and informative. Amazing experience!We were waiting over a week for a different plumbing company to show up but they canceled on us 3 hours after the time they were supposed to show up to our Paraiso building in downtown.I called our buildings management office and they recommended island plumbing. After calling the company we had a tech here within an hour.
