Charles and Pamela at Call-A-Plumber epitomize they meaning of a hometown business that goes out of their way to help their customers solve a problem. Let’s face it. You don’t call for plumbing services if everything is working perfectly in your life! I had clients with a problem with their shower valve and Pamela and Charles helped me (and my clients) so much! They proactively reached out to my clients to personally speak with them to reassure them the problem was being resolved. The owner of the business, Charles Duncan, personally went to the distributor to pick up the part and he personally went to the location to install, making sure my client was kept informed at every step of the way.
