This is to express my dissatisfaction with excessive waiting time during my follow up appointment.
Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait almost two hours to be seen by a Doctor.
I understand delays can happen, however, I believe patient’s time should respected, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and review your scheduling procedures
Good care, but the wait times are ridiculous. For my colonoscopy, I waited 3.5 hours past my appointment time. Then for the follow-up, it was over an hour wait again.
The doctors are competent, but the scheduling is terribly organized. Patients' time should be respected, too.
