Darryl was very helpful, not only in giving us a very thorough report on the state of everything in our condo but suggestions and advice on what needed attention and in the order that these issues should be addressed.
As we bought the condo without seeing it, Darryl was also kind enough to provide us with pictures and information that was very helpful.
