From booking the appointment to the end of my visit it was a totally positive experience. The assistant was informative and pleasant, told me everything she was doing. Dr. Shim was very explicit in explaining what I needed and why, as well as additional information. I was very pleased with the office setting, service and friendly staff.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Shim. Several of my family members had highly recommended her practice. Dr Shim and team exceeded my expectations! The entire staff was highly professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. Could not ask for a higher standard of eye care!
I wanted to take time out to recognize the outstanding staff here. Dr. Shim and her team remembered me and all of the details of my specific vision care.
