My Care Medical is all about appearance. There are only 3 MD doctors left there.One is booked 5 months in advance.One only takes HMO medicare and one went to concierge medicine.So,you will not see a real doctor there for months,if at all.You will see a P.A.or a nurse practitioner. This place offers sub standard "care".It's a sham.The staff goes merrily along not caring what happens to patients.You have been warned and told the truth by a patient,me.Do NOT believe anything they say.Your health matters.But NOT TO THEM.BEWARE.
Poor customer service, lack of consideration towards people, all appearances and no substance. The only good I can say is that the doctor was good and understanding towards my health issues. I am looking for another medical facility.
I saw Dr.Brown several times she left recently.I was seeing her nurse practitioner.According to this place no MD doctor there will accept my Aetna PPO Medicare.So,I am not entitled to see an MD.NO replacement for Dr.Brown,as of yet three months LATER HORRENDOUS DISCRIMINATION HERE!!!!!Never heard of this before.I called Aetna and they agreed that this was way out of line.But I am now on my own trying to find an MD.No one cares about me.If you have $$$$ then you are taken care of anywhere.STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY ARE THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE.
