We had maintenance completed today and the technician was extremely capable and knowledgeable. He explained a few issues he discovered and provided concise options for addressing them. Very throughly completed including changing of filters.
Wilson, Anthony, and Josh did an incredible job of removing and replacing our entire old Rooftop package HVAC system and ductwork with a new Split system. The entire job took two days and was done to our great satisfaction. These guys are amazing. They said it would take two days, and they delivered. We are delighted and even recommend them to our neighbor.
One caution is that SKD works with and outside vendors for sheetrock repair, which can be slow. The vendor did a great job, but the process can be slow. Plan ahead and ask questions so you won't be disappointed if repair work is required.
