I recently tried out Sculpt Shop and I’m honestly so impressed. They offer this fantastic blend of HIIT classes along with Pilates-style sessions using Lagree equipment, and the combination is just killer in the best way possible. I’ve never felt this kind of burn in all my muscles before! I’m not someone who usually sweats a ton, but after these classes, I came out absolutely soaked in the most satisfying way.

After my third time taking Tina’s class I thought it was time to review since I had a few under the belt. 10/10 workout 10/10 music 10/10 instruction. To say I was nervous my first class was an understatement, terrified! But Tina made me feel so comfortable and explained everything perfectly. She even would come around to correct me to make sure I was doing everything comfortably and correctly (maybe that’s normal but it surprised me). I will be regularly attending going forward and I can highly recommend taking Tina’s class! Kicked my butt (I’ve never sweat more during any workout) but also made it fun - win win!

Intense, fun, and honestly addicting. Sculpt Shop is the place that made me fall in love with working out again. The instructors make you laugh while they completely challenge your body (working out muscles you didn’t know existed), and every class leaves me feeling strong, supported, and excited for the next one! So much love for this place!
