My neighbor, while in my backyard pointed out a small dip in my roof. He said he knew a great company. The next day Recon had someone at my house to look at the issue and give me an estimate. He arrived right when he said he was going to be here. 11:00 on the dot. He gave me a fair estimate. I asked him to take care of it as soon as possible. The issue was right above my 19 month old daughter’s crib. They were here THE NEXT DAY. Very polite, respectful and cleaned up after himself. The dip is gone.
