“John has quite literally, saved my life. I feel so blessed to have found him and Ivan. They are an absolutely wonderful team that genuinely wants to help people.
When I came into John’s office for the first time, I truly believed I was severely mentally ill, and that I was a bad/manipulative person. I believed I needed to be medicated for these symptoms, and I was on the verge of giving up on life. I truly thought I was just a problem and the world would be better off without me. But it only took one session for John to recognize something wasn’t right.
It turned out, for the last 3 years, I had been in an extremely abusive relationship with a narcissist. This idea had not even crossed my mind. I didn’t even really know what a narcissist was at that time. The narcissist I had been dating, isolated me, manipulated and convinced me, that I was the abuser, not him, and I deserved to be miserable. The narcissist put me through extreme emotional and physical abuse during those three years, and I truly believed I deserved all of it. Looking back, the whole situation was really scary.
Before I found John, my narcissistic ex had selected a doctor for me (she was a terrible doctor who just wanted to push pills), and even decided what meds I should take. Luckily my parents started to catch on that something was really wrong, and they intervened. My mom found John, and I remember he got us in right away, which we were in tears about, because no other doctors had any availability for weeks.
John corrected my meds to anti-anxiety meds, and together, we slowly began to unravel the torture I had endured the last three years. He advised me to leave the narcissist immediately, and with his and my parents support, I was able to do it.
Now I am free, and I never could’ve done it without John. Although there is still a lot of trauma I need to heal from, my life is MUCH better now, and my anxiety is under control. I worry what would’ve happened to me had I not found this practice. John truly saves lives.

“Nicholas Greco deserves more than just 5 stars! He deserves a shooting star! Haha. The Brain Spa has a warm comfort and kind staff. Best place I've every experiened regardless of it being for doctor appointments. Minimum wait if any. Always treated with respect and genuine concern/care. I was lucky to meet Greco on a zoom meeting randomly when I was not at my best. Eventually saw him in person, he WANTS TO HELP AND DOES! You can hear it in his voice, see it in his posture! Inviting, interacting, insightful, inspiring, identifying ideal innovative individual interventions!
