I brought my dog, Tippi to be spayed. From the second I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. The front desk went over all the paperwork and explained everything. The surgery went well and the technician explained all her post surgery care. She was able to wear a surgical suit rather than the cone. What a vast improvement! I was reassured with my first vs that a 3 wk vs would be free for 2nd dose of vaccine as I spent 500 dollars first vs when I went in for that vaccine I was told with no problems he would just receive vaccine after 30 minute a tech came and listened to my pets heart and I was chged 50 on my exit- I knew they had difficult patients that day but we need to be consistent thats all thx
