Cindy was friendly and engaging. When I was on the phone, she understood and was professional. I felt she was caring and took her time when appropriate. The place is clean and organized.

Came in and had Tom fix a broken nail; he was able to recreate it perfectly if anything it came out better. Jenny did my eyebrow and she SLAYEDDD!! I highly recommend both of them! ??

I have been going to Palazzo for a couple of years. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is relaxing and fresh! Everything is clean and sanitized. Everyone who works there is very friendly and always remembers me. I highly recommend!
