I was helping my elderly father with his finances and he had used their services years ago. I called to find out more info and Stefan was extremely helpful! He was able to look up and access all my dads info and give me an overview about his tax debt situation and even sent me documents to confirm. It was nice that they were willing to give such thorough follow up when I feel like a lot of companys these days would charge you all over again since it's been a few years. I really appreciated his help and communication. Thank you!
