Bill was great in every way. Communication was excellent, using photos, text and calls to determine the best course of action. He arrived the very next day and though he was not feeling particularly well, he was still punctual, professional, jovial and engaging. Bill included me and my daughter in the entire process from collecting the honey cones, capturing the queen to "bagging/netting the bees". We learned so much. Bill provided an excellent service at a reasonable price and a wonderful learning experience, and of course it is nice to know the bees will have a great new home.
Bill, Jupiter Bee Removal, was professional, courteous, efficient, speedy, educational, and kind. He was able to remove a very large beehive from inside the walls of an old sailboat easily and efficiently. In addition, he took the time to share his knowledge about bees and showed us how to squeeze the honey from the honeycomb! Furthermore, Bill was able to save and move the bees to a safe location. Bill did a wonderful job, we had a tree service trimming tree's when we came upon the bee hive. Bill came out that afternoon and removed the bee's and the hive. I like that Bill only relocates them and does not disposed of them. We need Bee's! Thanks Bill great job!
