Absolutely incredible team! Moving to a new town with a 17 year old dog who has only known one Vet her entire life, I was worried how she would do with the new veterinary clinic, worried if they would listen to my concerns and even more worried that they would do a sales pitch to me with unnecessary products/treatments for a 17 year old pet. Surprisingly, the first visit was wonderful! Dr. Gerard listened to me, heard my concerns and I never felt pressured. Even more, he suggested that I not do things that may be unnecessary and/or costly. After multiple visits with Dr. Gerard and Dr. Morgan with "elder dog issues", surgery was the only option. We've been taking our dogs to this animal hospital for years and have always been impressed by the high level of care they receive. The staff is exceptionally friendly and many of them have been with the clinic for a long time, which speaks volumes about their dedication and the environment there. They truly make us feel like part of their family every time we visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for compassionate and reliable care for their pets.
I went to Jupiter Animal Hospital for a second
opinion on Gracie's infected ears. Everyone from start to finish was professional and friendly. The doctor seemed very concerned about the problem and went over in detail what his plan was. Very happy with our visit there.
