First time at hamsa and it was a donation based class! The space was lovely. It felt inviting and warm. Rose was an excellent instructor. She supported the class in staying in the present moment and allowed us to feel held throughout the practice.

welcoming atmosphere, clean space, vibrant community, exceptional instructor—beautiful theme to the class which was revisited throughout. clear verbal instruction with some demo when necessary. options to take postures to various levels with time to explore. gorgeous opening meditation (made me cry) flowed into a gentle warming series that blossomed to a challenging, powerful, heart opening sequence. the perfect way to begin thanksgiving day.

Hamsa is an amazing studio that provides a variety of classes taught by skilled, powerful and personable instructors. Unlike other yoga studios I have patronized in the past, owners Jamie and Brittany walk the walk. You will be welcomed, loved, respected, and challenged physically!
