Im surprised to be the first reviewer of this company. They have always responded back to my questions in a timely manner. Anytime that i call, i am always greeted with an extremely sweet and respectful staff member. They have helped me with relieving me of an extremely stressful situation and condensing it into something manageable with NO HIDDEN FEES. They are there to help. You just need to communicate. Respectfully, of course. They are human too. Just pay the agreed payments in a timely manner with no delays and issues. Simple to follow and theres a chance you may get a refund. Everyones situation is different so i dont want to speak for them. If by any reason you need to adjust anything, you can always give a call and they will help. If they are unable to, then they will explain why and its always completely reasonable. At least, that was my experience. I wanted to write this review to provide more recognition for this company. After completing my program with them, they called and i told the amazing staff member that called that i wanted to thank her. Forgot to say thank you to everyone else that was involved. The biggest recognition goes to *****/***** from the ************* She was so Sweet! I hope someone in management brings her a coffee! Definitely deserves a raise! She really goes the extra mile. Because of that, i wanted to go the extra mile to post this review!
