We hired GD Floors to install vinyl flooring in our home, and initially, everything went well. The owner was very responsive, provided a variety of options, and completed the installation quickly. We were very happy with the result at first. However, after some time, we noticed the ends of several panels started raising. Since the installation came with a warranty, we contacted the owner, who promptly came out with his son to inspect the issue. He assured us he would follow up with a time for the repairs, but unfortunately, we never heard from him again. While the initial service was great, the lack of follow-up for warranty repairs was disappointing.

Carlos and his team installed my luxury vinyl flooring a little over a year ago now and I was initially pleased with the install. However, a few days later I noticed the nosing on a few of the stairs was peeling. I let Carlos know and he said he would come out and fix it very soon. He did not. I have reached out to him several times since then and was given more promises, followed by more no-shows. It has been 13 months now and I am still waiting for this to be fixed. Extremely disappointed.
