Debbie was such a pleasure to work with & Ben was extremely thorough. I only had a 7 day inspection period. Debbie immediately scheduled the inspection & Ben ensured the report was available the same day. Very satisfied.. the operator who coordinates everything is very nice.Inspector did a very thorough job and I called him on his cell many times with questions and he was kind and knowledgeable!I presented the report to the builder ( new home) and they are addressing the items. I suggest all new builds get an inspection prior to settlement. I highly recommend Fidelity inspection

I used Fidelity to do a Wind Mitigation report on my newly constructed home. They responded quickly and I had my report emailed to me the next day. Used the report to obtain property insurance. Great company to work with.
