Best cooler brand out there and excellent customer support. Especially Mr. Ray Baddeley with their Custom Order and ASI deparment is the reason i will always be doing business with Engel. All our Freedom Boats will only be rigged with ENGEL and no other brand.
I worked with Raylene Baddeley with Engel and we had a very tight timeline for an upcoming tournament Ray was in constant contact with me on this project. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to performing her job going above and beyond expectations and was a complete joy to work with. I expected our custom coolers to be delivered tomorrow, but was pleasantly surprised today when I got all our product delivered earlier than expected and it looks AMAZING!!!!!!! Thanks again Ray! Great coolers , I have a 13qt dry box cooler I use everyday for lunch and it works great. Buddy of mine gifted me a 30qt dry box and it’s great size.
