Work quality is good but communication from the office staff is poor, as messages are either not returned or not returned promptly. Scheduling is also delayed. In fact, if it weren't for Embick employee Jose Guilarte making an extra effort on my behalf, I would have called another roofer.
What a great experience with Embick. I obtained 7 bids and really did my research. I was extremely impressed with Kevin and his communication, not only during the sales process but during the entire process/project. Main reason we chose them over the rest. I would recommend them.
Plus I loved getting the drone pictures to show me the progress.
The entire experience was great. Cliff was great to meet, communicated well throughout the project and was attentive to any questions. Everything was completed professionally and quickly. Great communication throughout. I couldn't be happier with the great people that work for Embick and the completed roof. Thanks
