Great place for any kind of body issues, it’s not just an adjustment like normal chiropractic care. At elite therapy they spend about an hour with stretches some body work and adjustments depending on my daily issues! Highly recommend !!

Dr. Z has been a tremendous help to me. I thought I had a chronic issue because I’ve been going to other chiropractors for years, always for the same thing. I’d get adjusted and be back within a month or so when I could barely turn my head. But Dr. Z took the time to explain WHY it was happening and gave me stretches, recommendations for both home office setup and phone usage to promote better posture, and different ways to work out the tense muscles creating the issue. After I finally got my home workstation set up as recommended, I saw a noticeable improvement to the point where I haven’t had my neck lock up in over a YEAR! Phenomenal job!!! Dr Z and Joe are the GOATS! Boy have they helped me get rid of pain! This place is the best & I will never go anywhere else! You do have to put in the work to make yourself feel better and you have to be consistent but it’s all worth it. Everyone at the office is very friendly and Luna is such a cutie!!
