Right below this review is a fraudulent review. Kevin has been in business over 20 years and is very good at what he does..He takes pride in his work and has a passion for getting it done right the first time in a timely manner.Very reasonably priced.In this industry Drive Guys is among the best.
Kevin turbo-charged my aging Dell into a fiery beast! I use it for music production and it badly needed an upgrade. Kevin had the right parts to replace, and recommended some new changes - including a switch to turn off/on the "noisy" drive (which interferes with recordings by sensitive microphones). Kevin went above and beyond, and even did some work over a holiday weekend. Even after my computer was fixed, Kevin immediately replied to my texts when I had some questions about software installs and cleaning up bloatware. Love this guy and love his business! It took a while but my daughter's MacBook is up and running after a liquid spill. I really appreciate Kevin's persistence and tenacity in getting it working again when others had failed. He didn't give up. Would recommend for any Mac repairs.
