I had a fantastic experience. The coach is highly knowledgeable and brings a lot of enthusiasm to every lesson. He creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which makes learning both enjoyable and effective. The location is beautiful, and all instructions and explanations were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this box to anyone looking for quality guidance and a positive training environment.

It has a lot of personality & the way the gym is laid out it’s open enough not to feel cramped while being able to have enough equipment to make it feel like a gym
Minimal on the wall the distractions is nice as well!
