I would give 10 stars if that was possible. I had another local plumbing company come to repair a leaking bathroom faucet handle. The made 4 trips saying they had the wrong cartridges then tried to replace it but it was frozen so needed a completely new faucet which required us to remove a granite backsplash and mirror which would have cost thousands. I called Coastal because I had to have a hose bib replaced and Zack came to do the job. He quickly replaced the hose bib so I asked his opinion about the bathroom faucet.
