I had a fantastic experience with Alpha Carpet in Jupiter. I worked with Rick to have an existing shag rug cut down and a pad trimmed as well. He was extremely responsive with excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to help me decide which side of the rug to trim and clearly knows his craft. The pricing was very reasonable, and the rug was ready the same day. The quality and turnaround really stood out—I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Alpha Carpet.

Great service from Rick. Top quality custom rugs with great edging work. He has the best Mohawk carpet and padding available. The products were delivered promptly and with care. Highly recommended.

I've been buying carpet from Alpha Carpets for as long as I can remember. It's a great company, very reasonably priced, and Rick is great! He' very knowledgeable, accommodating and trustworthy. Just had by bedroom carpet replaced this morning and I love it. Thanks again Rick, you're the best!!!
