This is not really a "Dry Cleaner" operation. Its just a delivery & pick-up storefront to be sent out TO A DRY CLEANER. As a result, "special instructions" re: stains are ignored and people do not know what was done. You really need to go to a place where the project is done "in-house". UPDATE: Per the below response from the owner "Brent" and a subsequent meeting with the Dry Cleaning Manager "Debbie" at their real store & plant in Stuart, FL it was apparent that their other location never took notes or informed the people doing the work that I had a special request. They offered to inspect the product and try to take necessary steps to get the stains out at no charge....read full review
