Excellent phone manner, service orientation, repair guy showed up on time and efficiently diagnosed problem with my dryer, replaced the broken belt quickly, I'm back up and running. Will be calling them again next time I have an appliance problem.

My fridge went on the Fritz! And I called PSL APPLIANCE REPAIR! I was greeted with kindness and concern for my issues by the (office lady!) She was wonderful! I was then scheduled a timely appointment with a tech! (Joe) he was prompt professional, and very knowledgeable! The price for the REPAIR as well as the SERVICE I received was spot on AFFORDABLE! As a homeowner, PSL APPLIANCE WILL BE THE COMPANY I CALL FOR ANY FUTURE ISSUES I MAY HAVE!
