Ridge at the Bluffs, new metal roof, sky lights, permits, HOA, and coordination of exterior repairs and painting by Monika. Very good quality of work. My city inspector told me they are in the top 5 of florida roofing contractors when checking their work. If there is the slightest problem they send someone out immediately. I have had them install roofing on two different structures now, and both times they were responsive and clean with their work. They sent someone out a year after one of my jobs to touch up minor aesthetic details I mentioned to them. When my kids ran out and bothered them on lunch break, the roofers took the time to play soccer with them. It is easy to do quality work, but hard to nail every detail.
