May 2025 update: Along with our 5 star review below Monika provided great service on a difficult warranty issue as well , as contractors ourselves we highly recommend her and FoxHaven! Ridge at the Bluffs, new metal roof, sky lights, permits, HOA, and coordination of exterior repairs and painting by Monika. We bought the house in September 22 ‘as is’ and had 2months to bring it up to HOA standards. Monika came highly recommended in the neighborhood and was with us from start to finish. She worked with us on a thorough scope and pricing was competitive. Monika also recommended and coordinated other great exterior contractors for repairs and painting. She worked through all the issues that arose with us, her crew efficient, and she kept a clean and organized jobsite. Job complete mid October ‘22!!! As experienced contractors we were extremely satisfied with FoxHaven and Monika.
Very good quality of work. My city inspector told me they are in the top 5 of florida roofing contractors when checking their work. If there is the slightest problem they send someone out immediately. I have had them install roofing on two different structures now, and both times they were responsive and clean with their work. They sent someone out a year after one of my jobs to touch up minor aesthetic details I mentioned to them. When my kids ran out and bothered them on lunch break, the roofers took the time to play soccer with them. It is easy to do quality work, but hard to nail every detail. They are very expensive but I can see why after having them install metal roofs on two of my structures.
