Took daughter for a trim and curtain bangs. hair stylist clearly was not listening or knew what she was doing. she gave my daughter short fringe bangs and what looks like a mullet. Very unhappy, and who I assume is Sherry the owner never offered an apology and kept telling my daughter “ oh they look cute”. my daughters hair got destroyed today and The girl offered to take $5 off. What an insult. I am shocked this person made it through cosmetology school. As for the owner of this establishment, the customer is always right and when your customers are upset for good reason , learn to apologize!
Sherry was amazing! She transformed my long, dead hair into beautiful, healthy layered hair. She was friendly, professional & did an amazing job!
