John was quick to respond to my phone call. Said he would be here the next day after lunch. He came promptly and gave me a quote which was priced fairly. Instead of coming back, he said he would do the repair right then. My screens are replaced! All in less than 24 hours from when I called and left a message! I would recommend him without hesitation.
