We are NY residents who own an ocean-front condo on Hutchinson Island. We are blessed to have numerous short and long term rentals back to back. We are also blessed to have Amanda from Albino Cleaning Services to clean make ready our condo when renters come and go. Her duties include cleaning, laundry, keeping mirrors and glass doors spotless, cleaning and maintaining our large patio and patio furniture, organizing kitchen cabinets and drawers after each renter. She even lubricates and cleans our sliding door tracks to ensure our doors glide smoothly for our guests.
