Horrible customer service! I feel like the staff member I spoke to didn't care much to help me with my over the phone purchase and would rather have me buy from the store. I left the store without a solution to my problem will not be coming back to this store!!!!
Awful! I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile to save a few bucks. WHAT A MISTAKE. I get NO SIGNAL from inside my house and 1 bar outside. It is horrible and I hate that I switched. So, I looked into going back to AT&T but the plan I have is WAY more expensive now. I had AT&T for close to 20 years so I had a sweet grandfathered deal. No more. Oh how I hate T-Mobile. When I signed up, I was assure I'd have coverage but like every other sales person, she lied....read full review
Salesperson Nicholas uneducated very rude costumer service would not give this Store not even one star possibly changing Cell phone carriers Just because of that Because of this experience.
