I would highly recommend Elina at Jacksonville Permanent Makeup (Racetrack Rd/ Julington Creek). Very professional and great results! The photo is my own, not retouched. The before is bare without makeup, and the after is 3 days after the permanent makeup. My brows were starting to turn gray and disappearing against my pale forehead when I didn’t add eyebrow powder every day. I love the natural looking results of the powder technique with some micro blading to shape and fill in bald spots. The color intensity right after can be intimidating, but it does wipe off /fade in the first few days of healing. After that it sets to a natural looking brow.
