Don't even deserve one star. Rudest individuals I have ever come across ! Never in my life have I ever been treated like the way they treat their customers! I am appalled by how they carry themselves. Not professional at all! This pharmacy needs closed down permanently!

I have been a customer of Walgreens and CVS for years, and they don't even come close to the level of personal service and satisfaction that you get from Prime Pharmacy! I don't mind the fact that Prime doesn't have a retail floor or over the counter products like other chain pharmacies, because they make up for it by not having you wait in long lines to fill scripts or check out. In fact, I've been several times and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. And that includes one time when I needed help with an insurance reimbursement claim, they were able to print out what I needed in seconds, and even helped me with filling out the forms. This pharmacy is pretty good... They are super nice here and it doesn't take too long to fill prescriptions...There's never really a long line since some people prefer to use other pharmacies... It's not like a typical pharmacy, because they don't have a lot of the extra over the counter medication and other items... Here it's pretty simple they fill prescriptions and that's pretty much it...
