I just bought a new house and my insurance company was going to force me to pay out of pocket for a new roof. So I had 3 companies come out to give me quotes. The first two companies came out and gave me quotes after 15 mins of walking around and measuring my roof. I expected the exact same from Dave when he showed up. After thoroughly inspecting my entire roof he assured me I still had 5-10 good years left before I would need it replaced. He could of easily just gave me a bid and went on his way but was very honest and educated me on several topics concerning roofs.
