I went in the store yesterday and immediately Gabby asked if she could help me. She had no idea that I am dealing with sciatica and severe leg pain, so it was like God sent her to me.
I needed color matching for my brand foundation because it's summer and I'm darker. She matched me her first attempt! She offered to help with anything else so I unloaded one thing at a time and wow, she found sales for me on everything but one item. My lipstick and gloss are perfect asy other items. I don’t write reviews unless I’m truly blown away by something, and I’ve been blown away.
I went in today mindlessly wandering around, hoping to restock on a few things. As soon as I entered, Chelle approached me and asked if I needed help. Normally, I say no and carry on with my experience. However, I was browsing some of the perfumes and she gave me some recommendations based on the ones I was spraying. Typically workers don’t go out of their way to offer as much help as she did. We browsed the perfumes, making small talk until she asked if there was anything else I needed.
