Turner Pest Control has done a great job since I moved to a new home near beaches. They have me on their automated schedule and they don't miss a beat. Their service team is phenomenal. One of the consistent service tech is David Michalowski. He has excellent follow-up skills, very professional, and super hard working. I love his suggestions and his performance. Technical service is OK. But lately customer service is pretty bad. When you call it is impossible to get through. The answering system keeps telling that there are 10 callers ahead of you. If their phones are that busy they should put more personnel to answer the calls or at least provide the options of call back.
Turner Pest has done me right throughout the last 20 years. They spot treated my house in Ocala for termites, they spot treated and did termite prevention at my property in Tampa, with each time it being easier and more reasonable than I had expected.
They have always shot it straight with me and today was no exception. Now I’m in St. Augustine and the house has the dreaded dry wood termites. Jordan Gray was my tech and I’m so impressed.
