Technical service is OK. But lately customer service is pretty bad. When you call it is impossible to get through. The answering system keeps telling that there are 10 callers ahead of you. If their phones are that busy they should put more personnel to answer the calls or at least provide the options of call back.

Turner Pest has done me right throughout the last 20 years. They spot treated my house in Ocala for termites, they spot treated and did termite prevention at my property in Tampa, with each time it being easier and more reasonable than I had expected.

They have always shot it straight with me and today was no exception. Now I’m in St. Augustine and the house has the dreaded dry wood termites. Jordan Gray was my tech and I’m so impressed. He gave me so much valuable advice and information. I don’t know which company the landlord will pick, but I know I will be calling Jordan for all my future pest control needs. Thanks Jordan. Service is good , product barely works , u need to literally get all the products they have to see any change , it’s really not worth the money …. It’s better do a little research and to just buy the stuff u need and tackle it and get results , I had a one year contract with them and never seen a significant change is my lawn once it was up they didn’t call and they just tried to charge my card $125 for service ….. nope not how that works , CANCELLED
