About Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Based on the reviews, Roto-Rooter is the best in town. Technicians show up in a timely manner, diagnose and fix issues quickly and professionally. One technician spent 3 hours before finally getting drains unclogged and also helped put a stacked washer and dryer where it needed to go. They are fast and great at what they do, coming out the same day for any issue at an office building, with the repair done that same day. The guys are very nice and get the job done. One reviewer observed unexpected knowledge of the problem, with the technician being friendly and respectful of the home and sharing observations of potential additional problems. Another technician was knowledgeable, kind and very professional and did an amazing job.
We had an emergency toilet issue (of course late at night) and Roto-Rooter came out within the hour and took care of the problem. There needed to be an additional repair which they scheduled and handled right away. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and made this stressful situation easier to deal with. I will definitely call them every time.

Andrew was a great help to my wife and I. He spent 3 hours before finally getting our drains unclogged. He also helped me put our stacked washer and dryer where it needed to go. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
