Exceptional care and even better kindness. I called in the day before Christmas Eve to place an order in to replace my glasses and Wade generously gave them to me as a Christmas gift! He truly cares about his patients and provides outstanding service. Highly recommend!
Wade, Lina, Karla, and Sandy are an incredible team. During a recent move, both kids lost their glasses, and I needed to reorder them from another MyEyeDr store out of town. I assumed it would be complicated, but they made it shockingly simple. They coordinated the reorder directly with the other location and handled everything seamlessly.
What impressed me even more was walking in later and being remembered instantly. They already knew our order and had the replacement glasses ready because they remembered my family. That level of attentiveness is truly rare.
