Lissette is absolutely outstanding! My husband has been seeing her for a while now and sings her praises. He convinced me to book an appointment with her, and I finally did. She is very sweet and takes great pride in her work. She listened to all of my concerns and gave me a plan to work with my very low pain tolerance and easily bruised skin to give me a deep massage without hurting me. I greatly appreciated her patience and her skills, and she made several recommendations that I believe will lead me to feeling better. Highly recommend, she was truly outstanding!

Not only did I have an awesome massage and facial, but the management and front desk staff were amazing. I was having an issue redeeming some of my packages from my old Hand and Stone location (to no fault of the staff here). They called my old location and spoke with them for a long time until they were able to redeem my packages for me. They even called me afterward to follow-up and offer advice on how to go forward with my remaining packages. Extremely kind people and so helpful! They made sure I didn't have to get stressed out over the situation. I will definitely return to this location if I'm in the area!

I had an early Saturday morning appointment. I was very impressed with the great service at this location, as well as the ambiance and cleanliness. They were right on schedule even though they were quite busy. The massage. Was GREAT and exactly what I needed.
