Ashlan and Xotchil were great. Only problem is that they are short staffed. I was told that they don’t have enough medical assistance. This is not good and negatively impacts the care around here. I would suggest that they hire more staff if they want to keep the office running.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and never had anything bad to say. The staff is friendly and the providers are helpful. The past few times I have had to wait longer times due to low staff when talking to an assistant I was told that they only have 5 medical assistants for 6 doctors. This is not ok and needs to be addressed to ensure good care. I would like to continue to see Ashlan and her friends Bailey so it would be nice if this issue could be handled

I have been coming here for 30 years and I have noticed they are short staffed. While everyone is extremely friendly, I have been waiting longer and longer each visit. I had one Ma working two doctors and it was appararant that she was working extremely hard but was being asked to do too many things. This negatively impacts quality of care and I would highly suggest they hire more staff for the providers.
